Hi!!! and I am a PhD student at Swinburne University in Melbourne, Australia. I am currently undertaking a research project as part of a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD).

The purpose of my research is to increase the physical activity levels in young men with overweight or obesity by using goal-oriented strategies.

I am seeking to recruit male participants between the age range of 18 to 34 years old who are currently with overweight or obesity (BMI 25kg/m2 to 39.9 kg/m2). Participants must be Australian citizens residing in Australia and should not have any mobility impairment. Participants will be invited to participate in a 6-week telehealth-supported exercise program involving cardiorespiratory exercise and resistance training.
